Considering it was Saturday and they were the only place open and that could get to and fix my car the same day , I give them 5 stars for that alone. However they are for the rich people and not people like me… I needed my sparks plugs replaced and that was $900 and something dollars and then i had 2 filters changed out which brought my grand total to $1300 for what i feel like was a quick fix… I understand certain parts cost a lot for my car but the LABOR alone to change spark plugs was like $500 … However on a more positive note , Nate at the front desk is EXCEPTIONAL! So kind and so nice and polite !!!! I loved him and his customer service !!

Went in to get brake pads replaced on my 2020 BMW X3. When the guy came in to give me the total he informed me that the front were at 3mm and the rear were at 2mm. He said I needed to get new rotors, pads, and sensors for front and rear. He told me the all around total would be $1,880.10 or $960.04 for the rear alone (the one that allegedly needed immediate attention). When I asked for a printed quote he refused to print one out and said that Meineke no longer prints out quotes because of the fluctuation in price on car parts. I took it to another center in Conway, Big O Tires, and was informed the front were at 6mm and the rear was at 3mm and with rotors, pads, and sensors the total for the rear wheels would be $489.14. Very disappointed in Meineke for misleading me and trying to pressure me into spending double what other Conway centers offered.

The staff are courteous and professional, I've brought my old lemon in on multiple occasions at this point and not only did they give me fair prices, they did it fast, and I've never had any issues with their repair. The one time I did have an issue, it turned out to be the failing of a different mechanic down the road who installed a part incorrectly. These guys are now my main mechanics until such time as I find someone better, which I find unlikely.

Meineke serviced a car I bought from Carvana. They were able to contact the warranty company, do a wheel alignment, replace the struts, sway bar links, and valve cover gasket all within 24 hours. They are very efficient and pleasant to deal with. 5/5

I would not take your vehicle here. Wheels are scratched behind repair. Drag link nuts are loose. They had no idea about the 13-18 Ram 2500 recall. Cut into the threads. Tried to tell me id have to pay $1000 to fix it. See pictures. Don’t waste your money.
